1 1lb bag powdered sugar
1/4 c water
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 c shortening
(food coloring optional)

Mix all together and store in a airtight container

2 sticks margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 c milk
4 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt


Directions:
Directions:
Combine margarine, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and milk in a large bowl. Mix until completely blended. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until thoroughly blended. Wrap dough in plastic and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface for 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees. When completely cooled frost with icing.
