Potatoes, cut into wedges or fries
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup parsley
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Mix parmesan cheese with your spices. Coat your potatoes in the egg wash. Dip into the cheese mixture. Place on pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through.
