1 whole chicken cup up
1 stalk celery
1 onion quartered
1 clove garlic
1 chicken knorr bouillon cube
salt and pepper
4 pack of buttermilk biscuits
1 cup all purpose flour
1 can cream of celery or chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cooked chicken with onion, celery, garlic and bouillon cube.
Strain broth and remove chicken from bone.
Add at least 3 to 4 cups water and add soup
Add flour to bowl, salt and pepper coat each biscuit with flour.
Roll out biscuits thin with rolling pin. Cut with pizza cutter.
Get broth very hot, but not boiling. Add biscuits a few at a time.
Stir very easy.
Cook uncovered for 10 minutes on low heat.
Cover and cook another 10 minutes on low heat.

These chicken and dumplings are so good. I love to make can biscuit dumplings. Barbara(Meme Toifel) never knew they were not real. She loved them and would just brag on me for making them....she was a mess!! Sure do miss her so much.
