10 to 12 pound Butt portion of Ham
1 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup pineapple preserves
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Always put ham on flat side to cook. I use a deep 9 x 13 pan lined with foil.
Cook 20 minutes per weight of ham. Bake in a 325 degrees oven.

Cook glaze for ham about 15 to 20 minutes.
should be thick and syrupy
Pour half the glaze on ham before cooking.
Cover and bake according to weight of ham.
The last 10 minutes uncover the ham and pour the rest of glaze over ham.
Remove from oven and rest for about 30 minutes before carving.
