1lb. swiss cheese cut into 1/2 in cubes
1 large can sauarkraut, drained
5 pkg processed corned beef
60 toothpicks
1 bottle creamy italian dressing.

Directions:
Directions:
Lay out smooth 1 piece of corned beef, place a cube of cheese and a tsp of sauarkraut. Wrap the cheese and kraut in the slice of meat, secure with toothpick. Pour on dressing and bake at 350º until the pick moves easily, about 10-15 min.

you can use creamy italian or creamy ceasar dressing. I'm not a fan but you can use thousand island dressing.
