Ingredients:  
3 chicken breast bone-in or 6 chicken thighs bone-in cooked
1 stalk of celery cut up
1/2 onion cup up
1 bay leaf
1 clove garlic whole
1 knorr chicken bouillon cube
salt and pepper
2 cups wide egg noodles
1 12 oz package of frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup carrots
1 cup celery
1 can Rotel tomatoes (optional)



Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken with onion, celery, bay leaf, garlic and knorr bouillon cube.
salt and pepper
medium heat for 1 hour or until done
Strain broth.
Add at least 3 more cups of water to broth.
Add frozen vegetables
1 cup carrots chopped
1 cup celery chopped
Cook all veggies until done
Add egg noodles last cook for 10 minutes
salt and pepper as needed
