1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans white cannelloni beans, drained and rinsed
4-oz can chop green chilies, mild
1 - 2 15 ounce cans chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon each: dry mustard, cumin, cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large pot, saute onions then add garlic being careful not to let the garlic burn. Add cubed chicken, beans, spices & enough chicken broth to make a soup consistency. Heat through for about 30 minutes & serve.
