3 cups zucchini sliced thin
4 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 cup corn oil
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup Romano cheese
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese cut thin
1/2 cup Velveta cheese (cut into small pieces)
1/4 cup chopped onion cut fine
Directions:

Mix all ingredients well. Put into 12x12 greased baking dish. Bake at 375º for 30-35 minutes.
