1 lb smokies or smoked sausage or bacon
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp table mustard
2 T vinegar
1 can each 15-16 oz:
pork and beans
dark red kidney beans
large butter beans

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sausages in bite-size pieces and saute with onion and garlic until onion is transparent. Add remaining ingredients, including undrained beans. Simmer on top of stove about 2 hours until desired consistency, stirring frequently to keep from sticking.
