2 lbs. ground beef
2 quarts beef broth
2 cups diced potatoes
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced carrots
1/2 head chopped cabbage
2 onions diced
1 #2 can diced tomatoes
1 small can corn
1/4 cup barley
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp pepper
2 bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
1) Brown onion and ground beef. Drain fat.
2) Add everything except cabbage and barley.
3) Bring to a boil, reduce heat and add cabbage and barley.
4) Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for an hour.
