1 medium onion
1 can tomatoes
¼ tsp. oregano
¼ c. chili powder
1 T. vinegar
1 ½ lb. lean beef, coarsely ground
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. brown sugart4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 ½ c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onions. Add tomatoes, garlic and water. Cover and simmer about 1 ½ hours, or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally and add more water as needed. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Use seasonings to taste, then simmer until ready.
