7-8 potatoes
2 bulbs garlic
½ stick butter, melted
sour cream
half and half
salt
shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bake 7 or 8 potatoes at 400º
Bake 2 bulbs of garlic, drizzled with olive oil and wrapped in aluminum foil at 400º for about 30 minutes

Scoop out potatoes and place in mixer
Cut garlic bulbs in half and squeeze onto potatoes. Beat until smooth

Add ½ stick of melted butter
Add a couple of large spoon fulls of sour cream.
Add salt to taste. Mix
Add half & half or cream to reach desired consistency.
Add shredded cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 400º until brown on top
