1 packet of Sweet & Spicy Tuna
2 10" flour tortillas
Fiesta shredded cheese

Directions:

Sprinkle some fiesta cheese on one tortilla. Top with the sweet and spicy tuna. Spread evenly. Sprinkle with more fiesta cheese (the melted cheese will hold the tortillas together). Place in a heated 10" fry pan. Cook to heat through and melt cheese. Flip quesadilla over and continue to heat. Turn out onto plate and cut into wedges. Serve with sour cream and salsa.

Grandma Patty mixed a packet of the sweet and spicy tuna with a packet of regular tuna. Made two quesadillas. Aunt Suz says she'll probably add a little fine chopped onion.
