1 can black beans
1 small mango
cup shopped onion
red bell pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
2 tbs cilantro or parsley
grated zest of lime
juice of lime
lime wedgess

mix together
serve as is or chill to serve
to make your own jerk seasioning, combine 1/4 tsp each of ground allspice dried thyme garlic powder cayenne and cinnamon or nutmeg
