1 lb lamb
1 tbs herbs de provence
1 tbs Dijon mustard
2 tsp garlic fflavered olive oil
1 tbs lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
preheat grill or broiler
trim fat off chops
blend herbs, mustard, oil and juice
coat chops and grill 4 inches from heat for 7 min
turn and cook for 6 min
