2 c. flour

2 c. sugar

1 c. oil

4 eggs

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. soda

1 tsp. baking powder

tsp. salt

3 c. carrots, shredded

1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and oil together. Add all other ingredients. Bake 1 hour in Bundt pan for 350


ICING:

1 box confectioners sugar stick butter

1 (8oz.) cream cheese 2 tsp. vanilla


Cream butter and cream cheese together, then add sugar and vanilla.
