1 c. cornmeal
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 Tbs. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. melted butter
2 Tbs. honey
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. whole milk"

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.
1. Measure and Sift all of your dry ingredients together.
2. Mix all of your liquid ingredients together and beat until light and fluffy.
3. Gradually add your dry ingredients to the mixing bowl contaning your wet ingredients until it is all incorporated.
4. Butter a 11 x 13 pan with butter. Pour the batter into the prepared plan and bake for 50 minutes or until a tooth pick that has been poked into the mddle of your cake comes out clean. Let cool and then slce it into sevings and smeared with butter.
