Cheese Torte Recipe

2 cups graham cracker crumbs (24)
1/4 cup melted butter
1 T. sugar

2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3 tsp. lemon juice

1 1/2 pints sour cream
3 T. sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix crust and pat into bottom and sides of spring form pan. Beat filling ingredients and pour into crust. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Set oven temperature at 400. Mix topping gently and place on baked cake. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate until serving time.
