1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 Frost Fire wine
3 tablespoons capers
4 thinly sliced chicken breasts
Butter & vegetable oil for sauteing
Cooked, buttered noodles for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Salt both sides of chicken, roll in flour. Brown in butter and vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes per side. Add lemon juice and wine, add capers, saute 2-3 minutes.

Remove chicken, place on serving plate. Continue cooking 2 - 3 minutes longer to reduce liquid, if necessary. Pour thickened sauce over chicken and serve over buttered noodles.
