1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup flaked coconut
1 8-oz can crushed pineapple
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl combine sugar & flour. Add corn syrup, coconut, UN-DRAINED pineapple, beaten eggs & vanilla, mix well. Pour into pie shell, drizzle w/melted butter & bake at 350º for 50 - 55 minutes or until knife comes out clean. (Cover loosely w/ foil if top gets too brown) Cool on wire rack. Chill before cutting. Store in refrigerator.
