2 cups Flour
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder

½ cup Sharp Cheddar (Old)
2 Tbsp. Fresh Herbs(parsley,basil,rosemary, works well)

1 250g. tub Spreadable Cream Cheese
½ cup Milk

1 Egg, slightly beaten
12 Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley Leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Mix flour and baking powder together, then stir in cheddar and herbs until combined.
Cut in the cream cheese with 2 knives or a pastry cutter to form a crumbly mixture. Stir in milk, keep stirring until dough holds together.
Place dough on lightly floured surface. Knead 10 times. Pat into ½ inch thick circle.
Cut with 2 inch cutter dusted with flour. Place biscuits on baking sheet. Brush each biscuit lightly with beaten egg. Place one parsley leaf on top of each biscuit and light brush with egg again.
Bake 12-15 minutes until lightly browned, serve warm. Makes 16 biscuits.
