Ingredients:  
1 head lettuce or use Romaine lettuce, cleaned and cut into bite size pieces
you can use a mix of both types of lettuce
1 green/orange or yellow pepper, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 - 16 oz. peas, drain if using canned, frozen just use right out of the bag

1 cups Miracle Whip
2 TB. brown sugar

2 cups shredded cheese
1/2 cup bacon bits (use the fake stuff in a bag)

Directions:
Directions:
Clean all vegetables and ready to assemble

Mix dressing and set aside

Assemble salad ingredients as listed
Top with dressing (put into zip lock baggie, cut small hole in end and drizzle over the top)
you need enough dressing to completely cover the top of the salad

Top with shredded cheese and bacon bits

Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving
