3 lb Ground Beef, browned and drained
1 lb Tofu Crumbles
2 medium onions, chopped and cooked with the hamburger
4-28 oz. cans chopped tomatoes (do not drain)
1-31 oz. can Van Camps pork n beans (do not drain)
1-31 oz.. can refried beans
1-31 oz.. can chili beans (Hormel or store brand) (do not drain)
1-15.5 oz. can light kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
1-15.5 oz. can white kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
2-15 oz. can navy beans (drained and rinsed)
2-46 oz. V8 juice - I use one full container, plus about 1/2 of the other
3 packets of mild chili seasoning packet
Salt and pepper to taste
2 TB sugar (or more to taste)

Directions:

Cook ground beef with onions, drain off most of the fat

Add all other ingredients, then add seasoning packets and salt and pepper.
Stir together, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.

Our family does not like spicy chili but you can add hot peppers if you like or cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper
flakes to spice up the chili.

Anything with tomatoes in it always tastes better the next day!
