8 Cups Strawberries
1 2/3 Cup Sugar
5 Tbs. Instant Powered Fruit Pectin
1 Tbs. Finely Shredded Lemon Peel

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl crush 1 cup of the strawberries. Continue adding berries and crushing until you have 4 cups.

In an extra large bowl, stir together sugar and pectin. Add the berries and lemon peel, stirring for 3 minutes.

Ladle jam into half pint freezer containers, leaving half an inch headspace Seal and label. let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Freeze for up to 1 years.
