7 (3-1/2) cups flour
2-1/2 (1-1/4 ) cups milk
2 (1) pkg. yeast
1/2 (1/4) cup sugar
2 (1) egg
1/2 (1/4) cup shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 3 (1-1/2) cups flour and yeast in bowl. Heat milk, sugar, and shortening till shortening starts to melt. Add to flour mix, add in eggs, beat, scraping bowl. Stir in flour by hand to make soft dough. Put in greased bowl. Let rise till double about 2 hours. punch down shape into rolls and let rise again. Bake 400* oven for 10-12 minutes.
Fried Dough same directions but fry in oil. super delicious but not good for you!
