3 Tbsp. soft butter
1/2 tsp peppermint oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 lb.powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, peppermint oil, vanilla extract and evaporated milk. Add powdered sugar. Mix well and roll into 1 inch balls. Place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. If mix is to sticky add a little more powder sugar. Chill for 20 minutes. Flatten the balls into patties and chill for 20 minutes more. Dip in melted semi-sweet chocolate.
