2 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
3/4 cup Karo syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix desiccated coconut into heated karo syrup. Let set on counter for about 1 hour. Roll into balls and chill. Dip balls in melted milk chocolate.

Variation: add chopped almonds in mixture or place an almond on top. You can even sprinkle toasted coconut on top so the person eating it knows what to expect.
