1 med. head cabbage (shredded)
1 carrot (grated)
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 tsp. salt
1 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. whole mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt with cabbage, let stand 1 hour, squeeze out excess moisture, add carrot and green pepper. Combine vinegar, sugar, water and spices, boil 1 minute. Cool to lukewarm, pour over slaw. Put into containers and freeze.

When ready to use just bring out of the freezer, thaw and serve. Good added to sandwiches.
