1 stick butter
1 cup chourico
1 small onion diced
2 celery stalks diced
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup flour
1 cup clam juice
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 3/4 cup corn
2 cups lite cream
1/2 lb. fresh chopped shrimp
1/4 cup chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter add in chourico, onion, celery, garlic, red pepper, and salt. Saute for 10 minutes. Add flour to make a rue. Add clam juice and chicken broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Add in cream and corn and continue to simmer to hot. Add shrimp and parsley and simmer until the shrimp is done.
