8 egg whites
2 cups white sugar
2 Tbsp white vinegar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
icing sugar for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until frothy and doubled. Slowly whisk in sugar until soft peaks form. Whisk in vinegar and beat until stiff peaks form. Beat in cornstarch. Spread in jelly roll pan, that has been lined with parchment and sprayed with oil, leveling off the top. Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned and firm to the touch. Let cool for 1 hour. Turn out onto a parchment dusted with icing sugar. Fill and roll, or fill and top with second meringue.
