1 tbsp. sweet paprika
1/2 C chopped onion
1 Clove
minced garlic
3 tbsp. butter
2 Chicken breast
1 C boiling water + 1 bouillon cube
1-2 tbsp. flour ( which has been stirred into 1/4 C hot water- for thickening)
1/4 - 1/2 C sour cream
your choice to serve with (spaetzle; rice or boiled potatoes)

Sauté 1 tbsp. sweet paprika, 1/2 C chopped onion & 1 clove, minced garlic in 3 tbsp. butter. After 5-10 min, place 2 chicken breasts in pan, still over low heat, turn to cover w sauce. After 5-10 add 1 C boiling water & 1 chicken bouillon cube. Cover skillet & simmer for 1/2 hour. Remove Chicken from pan add 1/2 tbsp. flour ( which has been stirred into 1/4 C hot water) and thicken the sauce, letting simmer uncovered for 5-10 min. Remove from heat and add 1/4 - 1/2 C sour cream. Blend till smooth and pour over chicken breasts. Serve with spaetzle, rice or (boiled) potatoes. I used fried potatoes with green pepper. Paprika sauce should be plenty to cover rice or whatever.
