1 cup sugar
cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
4 Tbls milk
1 Tbls lemon juice
1 tsp soda
3 mashed bananas
2 cups flour
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter until smooth. Blend in egg, milk, lemon juice and mashed bananas. Sift together flour, soda, and salt. Add to banana mixture. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove from pan and cool before slicing.
