2 1/2 lb. powdered sugar
1 1/4 lb. fondant
1 lb. 14 oz. quick blend shortening
1/4 tbsp. salt
8 oz.ice cold water

Add add flavoring such as: vanilla, cherry, lemon etc.

Directions:

Whip till light and fluffy to a whipped cream texture. Fill donuts or use as filling for layer cake.
