1 cup sugar
⅔ c flour
½ tsp salt
6 Tbls. butter
4 egg yolks
1½ cup milk
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups quick Oatmeal
chopped walnuts or almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, salt, butter, egg yolks and milk in double boiler. Cook, stirring often, until thick (watch so it doesn't scald or burn). When thick, remove from heat and add chocolate chips and oatmeal. Chill 2-3 hours. Form into balls and roll in nuts. Refrigerate.
