2-3 lb. boneless pork roast
3 cloves garlic minced
1 1/4 cups water
1 cup balsamic vinegar
3/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup honey
1 tbsp. Worcester sauce
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 1/2 tsp. onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Place pork roast in the crock pot. In a medium bowl whisk water, seasoned salt, and garlic powder. Pour mixture over pork. Cook on low 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours.

In the last 30 minutes of cooking combine minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, honey, Worcester sauce, and onion powder in a saucepan on the stove. Bring everything to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes until thickened.

Remove pork from the crock pot and shred the meat. Drain the liquid from the crock pot.

Add the shredded pork and sauce together.
