3 8oz. lite cream cheese (room temperature)
3 eggs
3/4 cup Splenda
6 graham crackers, crumbled
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Choose a pan that will fit into your crock pot. Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter together and press into your pan. Cream the cream cheese and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Pour into your pan.
Add 2-3 cups of water in the bottom of your crock pot; enough to last 2 hours. Place pan into the crock pot. Cook on high for 2 hours and 30 minutes or until the center does not have a watery consistency.
