2 lb frozen country hashbrowns
1 small jar Cheez Whiz (or can of Cheddar Cheese soup)
1 can cream of mushroom (or celery0 soup
1-12 oz container sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl stir all ingredients together. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Top with crushed corn flakes or cracker crumb(this is optional). Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes until hot and bubbly and topping is slightly browned.
