Ingredients:  
1 pound bacon
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
3/4 cup chopped onion
4 tubes buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup melted butter
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dice bacon and fry until crisp. Drain well and set aside, saving two TBS bacon fat. Saute green pepper and onion in bacon fat. Cut each biscuit in four pieces. Mix everything thoroughly in a bowl and pour into a well greased bunt pan. Let rest for ten minutes. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Immediately invert on a serving plate.
