1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup white vinegar ( yes vinegar)
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs
4 TBs melted butter cooled
2 tsp vanilla








Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk and vinegar and let sit for 12 minutes. This will get thick and curdy. Melt the butter and set aside to cool. Mix dry ingredients. After the 12 minutes, Lightly beat eggs, then mix all wet ingredients, mix wet and dry ingredients together, don't over mix, it will be on the lumpy side, I spray the griddle and use ladle to pour batter. These pancakes raise very nicely and are fluffy. Worth the effort. 350º cook until browned on each side.
