1 lb. graham crackers
1 c. coconut
1 sm. jar cherries, chopped
1 lb. chopped pecans
1 stick butter
1 lb. marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
In a large plastic bag crumble crackers. Place crackers and coconut, pecans and cherries without juice in a large bowl. In a sauce pan melt butter, cherry juice and marshmallows. Pour over cracker mixture and combine. Then press into a greased 9X12 pan. Chill for 4 hours. Cut into 2" squares.

These are one of my favorite holiday memories. They are fun to make with kids too. This is another one of the things we made at our Christmas candy sessions. This was one of my Moms favorite too.
