2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbs. sugar
Apple pie filling

Grease and flour 10" tube pan. Mix first 5 ingredients, set aside. In another bowl, cream butter and 1 1/4 cup of sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add alternately, flour mixture and sour cream. Pour 1/2 of mixture into pan. Mix in a separate bowl 3 Tbs. sugar and cinnamon. Pour over top of batter in pan. Pour remaining batter over sugar mixture. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Cool pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Sprinkle with powder sugar. Warm apple pie filling. Serve over a slice of cake.
