Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 cans Campbell’s Cream of Shrimp Soup (I know its sounds awful but it’s great!)
2 cans light cream or half and half
Dash Worcestershire sauce
White pepper
Black pepper
¼ C sherry
1 stalk finely diced celery
1 shallot finely chopped
1-pound fresh Maine shrimp
Chowder crackers
Small knob of butter
Fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté shallots and celery in small amount of butter
Stir in shrimp until just pink
Add sherry, soup and half and half heat till almost boiling but do not let boil
Cook for 5 minutes
Add dash Worcestershire sauce, white pepper and salt to taste
Add chopped parsley and cook several minutes longer
Serve with chowder crackers
