Pea Soup with Linguica
Wash green peas, take out stones, cover with water and boil
Add small amount chopped carrots and celery and onions or leeks
Add lots sage and thyme and garlic
Sauté linguica in rounds add to soup after draining grease with some white wine, add parsley and bay leaf after soup starts to form the correct consistency. Add chicken broth to keep thinner than normal and until soup losses chunkiness. This should not be chunky.
