1 baked pie shell (I use Pillsbury's rolled refrigerated)
1 cup fresh sliced peaches
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 3-oz. package cream cheese
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
4 tblsps. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Line baked pie shell with peaches. Mix together cream cheese and egg yolks (added one at a time).
Mix together Eagle Brand Milk and lemon juice. Combine well the two above mixtures. Pour mixture into peach lined pie shell. Beat the egg whites till stiff. Add 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar and 4 tblsps. sugar. Beat together. Smooth on top of pie. Bake at 325 for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Chill.
