Ingredients:  
1 egg white
1/4 tsp. cream of tarter
1/4 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white with cream of tartar until stiff. Add sugar to boiling water until sugar is melted. Allow sugar mixture to cool. Pour the sugar mixture into egg whites while mixture is running, pouring slowly. Add vanilla. Beat real good. Spread over cooled cake.
