3/4 cup sugar
! cup dark corn syrup
3 eggs slightly beaten
4 tsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Boil syrup and sugar for 2 min.
Pour over eggs and beat mixture hard
Add butter, vanilla and pecans
Pour in a pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes
