Crust:
1/2 c. light brown sugar
3/4 c. softened butter
1 ˝ c. flour

Filling:
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. Apple-Orange-Cranberry Relish (recipe in cookbook)

Icing:
Zest & juice of 1 lemon
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. confectioners’ sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 13"x9". Combine crust mixture and pat mixture evenly into pan. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Combine filling ingredients together and blend well. Pour over crust. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Cool for 30-45 minutes. Beat lemon juice, zest, butter and sugar until smooth. Spread over top and sprinkle with pecans. Cool completely and cut into squares.
