1 lb. or more ground meat
Yellow onion
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
Green onions
1 can whole or creamed corn
Jalapeno peppers
16 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Brown meat, add onion and drain meat. In a medium bowl mix remaining ingredients together except half of cheese. Add meat mixture and pour into pan and bake until brown on top. Add remaining cheese and place back in oven until melted on top.
