3 1/2 c self rising flour
1 egg
12 oz. room temperature beer
1/3 c sugar
2/3 c dried vegetables (optional 2 pkgs Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix)
2 1/2 c cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients expect options. Blend well. Add options and blend. Pour into a large bread pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
