5 c. Pioneer biscuit Mix
4 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. warm milk
2 envelope yeast
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift mix, sugar and salt. Soften yeast in milk. Beat eggs with cream of tartar. Combine milk and eggs. Pour into dry mixture. Stir until well mixed. Mixture should be heavy and sticky. Place in a warm place with wet dish towel or plastic wrap. When doubled, stir down. Coat loaf pans with oil or non-stick spray, Pour batter into loaf pan half way up. When batter has doubled in size again, bake at 350º for 20 minutes. After baked and cooled may be frozen. Thaw completely before reheating.
